Thanks to Dr. Scotti, my sweet poodle Rocky had 18 months of happiness extended to his life. Dr.Scotti noticed a heart defect that others had missed. The staff at Springfield treated me and Rocky like we were family and helped me navigate the difficult world of canine cardiovascular care with great knowledge and patience. While Rocky had to be treated by a cardiologist, I continued to take him to Springfield for everything else and they kept great track of all of his meds and conditions and gave him top notch care. Springfield is a little bit of a distance for me, but I couldn't imagine taking my pets anywhere else. Dr. Scotti has also been incredibly patient with me as I adapt to now having a rescue puppy! Everyone there is extremely friendly, professional and provides excellent customer service.
I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a loving, caring, knowledgeable, and professional place. They genuinely care about your pets well being and take the time to explain the process of what is to take place. The staff are wonderful and friendly, they make you feel so at home. I loved the fact that everyone there made me feel like my kitty was the only patient they had, even though I knew she wasn't. I never felt like they were rushed to get done even when I had come there close to closing time a couple of times. Wonderful, wonderful place. My kitty is in good hands with them. Dr. Scotti is the best!
