Everyone is so kind and show care for your little animals. They take time and not rushed through the appointment. To my family they are the best.
We have loved Short Pump Animal Hospital since it first opened. Dr. Hickey was wonderful with our cats, and we will miss him now that he has retired. He left the practice in good hands with Dr. Morlino. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and warm. We are pleased, but best of all, our furry felines love her and the staff!
Dr. Morlino and assistant Lori were amazing with my new kitten. They were patient and thorough with all my questions. She explained everything during the exam and treated my kitten like a king. The place was beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend Short Pump Animal Hospital
One of the best veterinarians around the new veterinarian is a young lady from William & Mary or should I say a young woman she is awesome very helpful one of my favorite veterinarian places I've ever been to that's for sure dr. Keegan will continue to have my business. Thank you for everything you've done for my dog my pumpkin is just doing great because of you!!! The best I would give her. 10

They really care about you and your pets, have extensive experience with a wide variety of animals, and are courteous and professional ... from the Receptionist all the way to the Owner.
