Great people, high quality furniture and tough to beat pricing. My only complaint was that delivery was tough because they sent a standard delivery crew after I warned the store that I had narrow, winding stairway to deal with. The guys that showed up were amazing, and did everything they could possibly have done despite having no warning or preparation for the tough job.
I was very skeptical about making a purchase from the Glen Allen location due to a lot of negative reviews. Mike Grubbs the sales manager assisted us and we decided to go with Avery Fog. After giving it some thought I decided I wanted to change and go with Platinum Grey. After 5 weeks our delivery was made. Imagine my surprise when the sofa arrived and the color appeared to be white. I had went by the picture posted on Havertys website (pic on left is from website - pic on right is the actual color) So note to all, get a color swatch and take it home before deciding on a color. Luckily with the 3 day return policy, we were able to make an exchange. We ended up going with a different style so we wouldn't have to wait the additional 5-7 weeks. Everyone that assisted us from Mike Grubbs to Cheryl & Glenda - they were wonderful. I would highly recommend Havertys and make future purchases.
All furniture is apparently now made of press board and plastic no matter how expensive the price tag. If you are looking for quality and real wood go antiquing or build it yourself.
Reasonably priced high quality good service from floor reps. Saw online the items we bought were on sale about two weeks after we bought them. I contacted corporate customer service to see if they would match the new price, and they promptly took care of it. Outstanding.
Melissa helped us pick furniture for our home. She was helpful and so patient with us. Their interior decorator had so many great suggestions. I would definitely recommend buying from her! Everything looks great! Delivery truck was late but I would still use them.
