I've visited a few times and Jeff (store manager) and the staff ensure all my questions are answered and provided help. It gets quite busy at times, but Jeff made sure to acknowledge us and come to us quickly once he finished with helping the other customer. Most importantly they are honest about everything and never try to up-sale you. Told Jeff my budget and he was able to help work with us too. I do wish more stores/shops were like this. I walked in and Ross Welcomed me immediately. He was very attentive and had a wealth of knowledge of what they had to offer. I selected my sectional sofa and he set up my delivery. He was very professional, although the store had several customers, he was still able to put me at ease for my selection. I definitely will be returning in the future.
Ross is an great sales rep. He was very attentive an listened to what my mother wanted. She got 3 full rooms of furniture an loves it all...
Just an inconsistent atmosphere between both visits.
Went in for a bed,sectional and a coffee table. Customer service was outstanding. Jason Lopez ,the salesperson was very friendly and polite and helped me find the right thing for the right price. I highly recommend this place!!
Came in once looking for a particular sofa with a budget in mind. Salesman that greated me was very nice, but left while I was browsing. The inventory manager, a nice young lady, was very helpful in getting me the piece I wanted at a reasonable price. Came in a few weeks later looking to purchase a particular piece I'd seen before, again within a certain budget. With no manager present, employees were unwilling to work out a deal. One even told me to go try a thrift store.
