Lynn was amazing to work with. I was looking at appliances and she knew her stuff! She listened to what I wanted and provided options that would be best for me. I was very impressed with the customer service she and Sears provided.
Nice, knowledgeable salesperson. Not pushy. We were looking for a washer dryer pair and they had a good selection with good prices. They were also upfront about the additional costs for delivery and installation, unlike some competitors. I would fare them a 5 except that they are located in the decrepit, beat to death Virginia Center Commons.
Nobody in appliances could be located. Had to find a manager to assist me. By the time I found a manager and finished checking out, it was 2 minutes past 3, which meant they couldn't do next day delivery. So I had to wait until Monday for my washing machine. An inconvenience that could've been avoided if associates in appliances were present.
Do not buy jewelry from Sears this Christmas they send it to you in a plastic bubble wrap bag. Take to the store to get a box even if you would pay extra for the box it's just some cheap dollar store box no cotton in it no way of displaying it to look nice in the box. Its a shame what Sears has become in the past 10 years. Talked to another customer in the store she was so upset about an appliance she purchased along with a Sears warranty they won't stand by it she has to take them to court to solve the problem. What kind of customer service are they promoting no wander they have to keep closing stores.
