Store is nice, however they really need to improve the customer service! I'd much rather make the drive to Short Pump because the service is always better!!

The service was absolutely amazing. The selection was also fantastic.
Terrible service. Wandered around the store for 10+ minutes and nobody offered to help me. Once I hunted someone down they directed me to what I needed. Waited 20+ minutes in line then had to leave because I was on my lunch break and didn't have any more time to waste. Very annoyed didn't even get to buy the one item I needed and wasted my lunch break in frustration.
Not the best prices and not a place to go to ask a cycling question. For the main sports you find in a school, they'll be able to answer your questions. It's not a great place to get answers for running shoe questions, go to a running store for that.
