Awesome customer service. I was just looking and I wasn't pressured into buying and they explained everything to me.
We have been dealing with this company for a few years they were located at the Short Pump mall when we first started with them. In the mean time they have relocated to Virginia Center Commons where their customer service has gone from outstanding to I will never recommend them again to anyone. The new staff has shown us nothing but disrespect and has no courtesy what so ever for the customer. We have caught them in lies after lies and I know I could not trust them. Be cautious the sales lady that has miss handled this sale is the miss fortune for this company. I will tell everyone of the gross miss treatment this store has given to us.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. GO ELSEWHERE! I purchased a set of earrings for my mother and found later that day she had changed her mind, so I returned to the store the next afternoon to return them, just 24 hours later. I was then told there was a "No Refund" policy but they would give me a "Coupon" as store credit. They never told me this prior to running my credit card the day before but were quite quick to point out the policy when I asked for a refund the next day. The staff stated they do not inform customers prior to the purchase that there is a no-return policy, but they were quick to point it out to the customer when you wish to return the item. She referred me to the policy which is taped to the wall, away from the sales counter, in fine print, on a computer print out. I then noticed there was a sign advertising for "help wanted" next to it, in much larger print! Too bad the policy was too small to be seen by anyone!!! My sales lady was standing in front of this print out the entire time during the sales transaction and I could not see the print out. She then took my credit card to process it and I never even noticed it until the next day when they were happy to point it out to me. She also quickly pointed the policy printed at the bottom of the sales receipt, but you don't see this information until they staple the credit card slip to your itemized receipt, which according to them, is already too late for you to do anything about it. Another man was there at the same time as I was, with the same problem. We were both told it is company policy and nothing can be done about it. They don't feel as though there is anything wrong with this practice even though it is extremely poor customer service. We were told to talk to the manager but the other man had already tried this...but his calls were not being returned. I have never been so angry as I was this afternoon. Obviously it is not the sales clerk's fault but they fail to disclose it before you hand over your card and that is is their fault. This policy is unconditional and the staff could care less about your inconvenience, so I recommend you DO NOT SHOP HERE. GO ELSEWHERE! I will be contesting it with American Express on Monday. I'm just grateful I didn't spend $10,000 on a ring that I couldn't return!!!
