I had heard really good things about Diamonds Direct from several of my friends so I decided to check it out for myself.
My fiance and I came here looking for our wedding rings. We worked with Ash, and he made sure we had a fantastic experience. He was extremely patient with me, which was good because I was being indecisive about what ring I wanted. When it turned out the ring was the wrong size, he took it back and got it resized that same day, no hassle. And of course, both my own ring and my soon-to-be wife's ring were gorgeous. The pricing was much more competitive than other places we looked, and Ash was a much better salesperson to work with. Perfect ring shopping experience.
