Sadly, this mall has gone down hill. The Kay jewelers we went to there was very nice. Most of the shops, however, are shut down or shutting down. The food court is a lot of random businesses that are too cheap to actually change the signs. When we first walked in we were yelled at by food court employees, like I was walking down a city street and they were trying trying to sell me a fake bag. Parts of this mall made me feel like you could film a zombie Apocalypse movie there. The only reason they get two stars is because the shop I intended to go to was nice and my gym is there, also nice.
I hope the new owner takes this place back to where it was in the past. I stopped in about 8pm on a Friday, they close at 9pm and security is running one way for a bunch of juveniles fighting when I hear another group start. I also cannot believe the landscape looks as bad as it does. A few stores left if you don't want to have to deal with Short Pump but not many.
This is a dirty, run down mall. Should have been closed a long time ago. This mall use to be so nice and clean. It was beautiful at Christmas time. Before Short Pump, this was the mall to go to. You could barely find a parking space. Those days are gone. So sad to see it the way it is now.
This place is so boring because there are all most no dept. stores to shop. It's so empty that you could run a herd of wild elephants though there and no one would get hurt. The only benefit is that they had a Burlington, JC Pennys, and Sears. But than again, that is the only big dept. stores they have. So I give it two stars.
This mall needs a lot of WORK! It’s dark inside and outside. Does not feel safe. Many empty stores. Perhaps try bringing H&M, Forever 21, Champs, Journeys...Better Dining and food options, TGIF’s. A good power washing would also help!
