My server was great! But unfortunately I have to rate a 1 because the bathrooms we disgusting. The floor was sweating so it was slippery to even walk to the restroom. Last but not least you can see into the kitchen and the floor was filthy. We went on a Monday after 8 o'clock and sat in a booth at the bar to the right and it wasn't busy so there was no reason for anything especially when you can see it to be dirty.
Good place to relax a little after work. Consistently decent food and service. Generally food and drink come quickly.
The Manager Ben took the time and made the extra effort to correct a mistake by the kitchen. My experience was going downhill fast with my over cooked food, but our server and Ben displayed class and professionalism not common in most chain restaurants these days. I hope the other responsible management makes note of this. Thanks to both Ben and our server. I regret not remembering her name.
This Chili's is always a great experience! I have no idea why it would be rated less than 5 stars. For a neighborhood chain, the service is excellent! We live about 3 miles away, and I'm not a big chain restaurant frequenter, but their staff is so attentive, efficient, courteous, and quick, especially in the bar area! They know the menu like the back of their hands, and anticipate your every need. Everything from the silverware to the bill is well organized and predictable. If you are not happy with Anything, they will make it right! They truly give top customer service! The drinks for happy hour are large and only $5 each! You will not be sorry you came to this location. Enjoy!!!
Great place to sit with friends and family and enjoy good food and desserts. Went today after daughters graduation from Armstrong High School. Yayyyy! My baby girl graduated. Our table server was awesome too.
