We've been in our unit at the Georgetown Apartments for a little over 3 years and still love it. The unit is well maintained and the leasing office and maintenance crew have been awesome anytime there's been an issue. At one point we had a major (but unpredictable) water leak and our unit required some substantial repairs. Kristi, Leslie, and the maintenance team were absolutely fantastic and made sure everything was back to normal ASAP. I've had landlords in the past that I wouldn't expect half as much from. In addition to the staff and unit itself, the rent is fairly priced and you can't beat the location.
I'm a new tenant (along with my fiancé) at a Hermitage Road property managed by Thalhimer. I've had the BEST experience moving into this place. Both Thalhimer and the owner of the property have been incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible in helping us move into this well-maintained and very reasonably priced property. You're almost guaranteed to get a phenomenal resident service experience (especially from the folks working out of the Marshall Street office -- Quentin and Jen are the ones we've worked with most, but everyone there is a jem). I'm genuinely looking forward to working with these folks over the next "X" number of years we live in this apartment and couldn't imagine wanting to move away from these apartments or this property management company for the foreseeable future.
I lived in at this apartment complex a few years ago and loved it! The neighbors were great and there was definitely a sense of community. In dealing with the staff and maintenance they were always friendly and anything that needed to be fixed was done promptly. Affordability was also a big issue for me but this apartment most certainly fit the bill. There was not an absorbent amount to pay for rent and utilities to where I could not manage as a single parent. I would highly recommend these apartments for your future home.
They will not co operate with a proof of income and this is preventing me from paying them rent????? This company is not worth renting from. Rent from a person not a corporation! People tend to have more sympathy and common sense than this corporation along with Metro Properties.

Beth Keller is the worst person to have to deal with. There is no sympathy for you if you want to rent here. Look into renting a property that is owned by someone else if you are looking to live happily.
