We had the "perfect storm" combination in our clogged garbage disposal, on a Sunday, no less! Couldn't use the other sink or the dishwasher! Shane was prompt, polite and efficient! Grossly over priced for the quality of work performed. Tech came to my house said the city's water was dirty and charged me full price for a 5 minute visit which he didn't even change the o ring which was the problem. Poor Customer Service.
Arrived on time, did a thorough investigation to see where the blockage was. Fixed the problem. Charged a reasonable fee. I will call them again if and when I need them.
