I live in the neighborhood of this park. I love coming here to walk my dog. Amazing landscapes and historical sites. It’s a really good place to take professional photos. There’s a real farm on site with several animals. There are long beautiful hiking trails.
Great place to take your kids, there's plenty of space to run or play with a ball or frisbee, the playground is well shadowed by trees and is in great condition, plus some days on the adjacent Meadow Farm you can take your family to watch the farm animals.
My kids love the play ground! Many things to do. Theres a lot of shade too, so the kids are not constantly out in the sun. Also many picnic table to eat
Excellent park for any parent. With a wide open field for kites or frisbees right next to an excellent play area for younger children, this park is a perfect place for children.
The museum area is also nice for an afternoon, and children will be entertained.
Love going here for walks. Nice playground for the kids and we always visit the duck pond and the farm area. Don't leave without educating yourself on it's history.
