We had a dead fly and wait...it gets better....a damn stick in our pizza. Yes a twig from outside melted into the cheese. I have never in my life had anything like this happen anywhere before. Def will not be giving a return visit and I WILL be calling the health depth and making a call to corporate about this!
Never going there again! Wish I could attach a picture of the pizza we got. The dough is RAW!!! Called the store and the manager was umm umm I asked well what are you going to do to make it right. No more papa johns for us!

A few years ago they instituted a delivery fee that does not go to the driver. Since we want to take care of the driver with a decent tip, this just makes delivery too expensive as who can rationalize $6 ($3 delivery fee and $3 tip to driver) in fees added to a $15 pizza?
Pizza ordered at 7:18pm, it's 8:55pm and there is still no Pizza delivered yet. When called back to inquire about the pizza, was hung up by the person that answered the phone. Very unprofessional. Need to respect that people are ordering from themy and remember that it is necessary to be professional and respectful when operating a business.
I've been a customer at this location for years, things have really gone downhill in recent months. Every other pizza I get is missing large portions of cheese, nothing but crust and sauce. You definitely don't get the product they advertise, your money would be better spent across the street at Pizzaro. I've never gotten a bad pie there. If it wasn't for a positive history with this location, I'd give it 1 star
Papa John's makes a pizza that is one of our favorites, think it is the zesty sauce. This place was legendary to us as they even delivered to our neighborhood after the destruction and almost impassable roads of Hurricane Isabel.
Sadly, we no longer order their pizza for delivery and rarely order for carryout. When we do go for carryout, it's to a local business.
