The place is poorly run and not very friendly. I brought them 3 brand new dress shirts still in the packaging. I asked them if they wanted me to remove all the packaging and they told me it was fine. They would take care of it. They did not remove all of the packaging on two of the shirts. They completely melted the tags into the shirts. They told me, after I discovered the issue to go ahead and pay for them then I could come back another day later and pick them up again. I came back a day later and one of the shirts was still ruined. I had to have them replace the shirt. The owner, a lady, was extremely rude about all of it. She argued with me on the receipt that I brought her back, that they were the wrong price. She still made me pay for the dry cleaning even though I never got my shirt actually done. Over all I would recommend that everyone stay away from this establishment. Awful service

I do not recommend dropping your clothes of to this particular cleaner. I dropped a brand new suit off to be altered and pressed and not cleaned and it came back with a stain on the sleeve that I was told was not there responsibility. It was stated the stain came from chalk from the alterations but because I did not ask for the Brand new suit to cleaned they would not refund me my money because they did the alteration. Which makes no sense it was a NEW SUIT....if it has a stain and you made it then clean since you made it with the alteration. You messed up a new suit which I needed the next day and then say it can be done by Monday...That is threw days later worst worst place. Very unprofessional. Don't trust your close with ms. soo.
Soo is so nice and always greets me with a big smile. It makes my day! They are very fast with their turnaround and the pricing is fair.
The most unprofessional place ever. Stained my boyfriend brand new suit jacket and still had the nerve to not refund the money. They offered to treat it but it was needed for the next day how can you rely on a cleaners for a special occasion if you get this type of service. Management needs customer satisfaction lessons..
