When my previous agent worked there a couple years ago, it was fantastic because he was all about maintaining a relationship with me and seemed as though he truly valued me as a customer. After he left, no one else attempted to make that happen. When I faxed in my cancellation, rather than processing they chose to "continue trying to call me so they could help me find the best options." This resulted in my refund being delayed several weeks which was a huge inconvenience for me and my family. The people at Nationwide corporate have always been nice on the phone and pleasant to deal with, but for whatever reason this specific agency is hard to get in touch with and very unaccommodating.
