I absolutely love this store! They have a wide variety of products which means there's something for everyone.
The one in Fredericksburg is nice, but the one in Richmond Va is small and cluttered up. You can't even walk down the aisle cause it is cluttered up.
It was one of my favorites stores, I am getting married soon so I am buying a lot of items for my wedding, came today to buy some buckets I had a coupon for signing up with my email, didn't realize it experied a couple days ago, didn't buy the items no because I didn't have the money to pay, I didn't buy it because I thought it was very stupid to lose a customer and a sell over a $10 coupon that we always get on the email anyways, the cashier wasn't helpful neither which upset me even more... .I was a manger for years and I know how things work, as a manager we can override purchases to make customers happy and to have them come back because we don't want to lose business.. just a poor customer service in my opinion!!
Absolutely love this store. The name can be a bit misleading as they definitely have way more things than just Christmas decorations. The items change depending on the season, but they have outdoor decorations, baskets, candles, greeting cards, wrapping paper, and wall decor. They also have kitchen items and even a decent selection of food and spices and so much more.
