As I attempted to wheel a 15' roll off carpet across the poorly placed "CENTER OF THE AISLE DISPLAY" I had not one, but two employees watch and not lend a hand. Pathetic.
Ordered patio furniture a week ago from a nice but slow person. A week later we get a delivery call message that it will arrive between 2-4pm. My wife took off from work and has been waiting for over 4 hours. Customer service was nonexistent when I called. Literally, no one answered the phone. Finally, a young girl answers and said I needed to speak to the manager. She puts me on hold and then we get disconnected. Its going on 4,5 hours.
This is a good Lowes! Every time I go here, everyone is happy to help and answer questions. I recently purchased a small item and left it at the register. 3 days later they allowed me to pick it up no questions asked
