This place has gone downhill a bit. It's not uncommon for them to double book if they have a higher sales client come in during your appt, and half the people don't seemed trained. I've started using Lady Nails Spa in the same shopping center - Much more grateful for my business!

Client for 5+ years. Have never been disappointed in service. Everyone is very friendly and facilities always immaculate.

I've been going here for quite a while now, and have always had a positive experience until today. First off... As soon as I walked through the door. Three of the stylists (Who were just sitting around lounging and talking) looked at me and started giggling and talking amongst themselves to where I couldn't understand them, so that felt completely uncomfortable. But I brushed that off and decided to go through with my nails anyway (I'm really second guessing myself now!). I requested a pink & white full set (Short!). I repeatedly had to repeat myself that I wanted them short, but even though I said I wanted them short till I was blue in the face. My left hand is short, but the nails on my right hand are so much longer. All the nails are uneven and not the same length of any of the others, and the white on them is SUPER THICK! I have always received exceptional service from Tiffany, Vy, and others but this time (I can't remember her name but it was a 3 letter name). I'm honestly not sure if I'll ever be back. I pay a lot of money to pamper myself for it to be totally wrong and not what I asked for???? So disappointed. They have since proceeded to argue with me repeatedly when I expressed my concerns and requested a refund or a partial refund. The tech (Dao) has now offered a $20 partial refund, but she never wants to do my nails again. Lol. They really don't have to worry about me ever going back to their show after reading so many bad reviews. Their customer service skills could definitely use some serious work!

The place is new and clean. However, like everywhere else, not every technician is great. I love Kathy :) Just about to go and enjoy my routine pedicure. They offer organic green teas, water, wine and sodas. Brand new massage chairs in pedicure room.

I use to love this place so much because it was where my mother went, but my last 3 or 4 visits have been nothing but terrible customer service. The receptionist is incredibly RUDE, I have an issue with her every time my mother and I go. I walked in at 6:05 for an app I had at 6pm because I was coming from work and there was a lot of traffic. 2 seconds into picking my nail color she told me the nail tech I had an app with could not do my nails. We as customers make app's for a REASON, I can't help there was traffic when I left my work with plenty of time. If there was a time crunch she should have told me that while making the app. When I told her I made my app for a reason and I did not want anyone else doing my toes, she then proceeds to talk in vietnamese to a co-worker which I find extremely rude and disrespectful. While all this was happening 4 other nail techs were behind me just sitting on their phones. Owner was NOT there. The time before this (OCT'16) their warm water was out and decided to not tell costumers who made apps over the phone UNTIL they got there.. Since we had to get pedicures with cold warm we got 10% off.. that's it- for freezing water...and on top of that the receptionist tried to say my mother and I weren't allowed the 10% bc we had our $10 off punch card as well, not my problem their warm water was out! Another time she gave me trouble was when I was paying for some else, we both got the same thing done-both $26 and it took her literally 10 mins of arguing bc I told her she could take the $10 off on either pedicure it didn't matter bc I was paying for both. Lastly she refused to punch my card one time bc I didn't pay for my pedicure my self my mom did. She is unbelievably rude, I brushed it off at first but there has been too many issues with her, she's not even nail tech! Terrible customer service. Snow and Pam-two nail techs are the only two that are the best there.
