And is it me or do all these store all try to be pushy & convince you to buy a I phone 8 or Samsung 7 or 8. And if you want me to buy a new phone maybe you should plug the display models in so I can see what I like better. Why when I ask to have phone plugged back in to try it out they act like you should buy the phone first

Try to get a human on the phone. Just try. They have had a pc to repair for more than a month. When I ask I get, "almost finished, 7-10 days'. Took me more than a week of argueing to even get them to uphold the warranty. Not good service at all. I would shop elsewhere.

Expert associates at your beckon call. A great selection of items oftentimes priced similarly to those online except that you have people there that understand the latest technology and can assist you with the purchase, without requiring you to spend hours online figuring out the latest trends. They also allow you to return things that are defective or that you don't want and they offer generous protection plans with Geek Squad support. Why would you shop anywhere else?

b4 I get to try it out. I'm reminded of snobby car salesmen..when it come to their attitudes. I think I'll head back to the other location that had the zte blade v8 pro that I'm looking for. This location sucks!!!

This was one of two best buys I would patronize, until 2 weeks ago. Not sure if Management have changed or the pre-holiday rules are in affect. But this store sucks now. They need to bring in other brick and mortar retailers. Oh but thank God for Amazon, at least their customer service agents are friendly. I'd rather spend my money with friendly retailers than with A$$Wholes at Best Buy SHort Pump. I wish I could take back the 15K in appliances I purchased. They have the worse customer service and the employees are always "Stuck On Stupid"

Its one of biggest shopping days. Only 3 front lanes of 7 open was horrible. Plan better please.

Nice store layout but that as far as it goes. The only thing worse than a sales person is having so many of them I'd say about 20 in the cellular phone department!! As soon as you refuse assistance from 1 ,two minutes later another is asking if you need assistance!!
