OMG. These reviews are so right. I called in to schedule a new patient appointment to eatablish Dr B as my new PCP, and telephone operator told me "we cannot schedule over the phone as I am checking patients in"
If I could give ZERO stars I would. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND HEALTH. This practice is such a joke. It's such a shame, because Dr Banerjee is very nice and seems knowledgeable. This practice hinders her ability to provide great patient care. They have lost 2 blood specimens of mine. On two SEPERATE occasions. They have quoted incorrect benefit information after insisting on obtaining it. They insist you use their patient portal, but then never respond. I've tried dealing with the owner of the practice and he too will not return my calls. Im embarrassed for them. Im currently in an autoimmune thyroid response, and I have no labs to go on, because of this practice. I put my health in their hands and they've continuously let me down.
I've continued to go here because dr. Banerjee is very nice but the wait times have gotten so bad I decided to find another doctor. I waited 1.5 hours last week to get one shot. And just waited 45 mins for them to sign one form for my school immunization records. The staff has never apologized for the wait and I think they are typically unfriendly. Always puts me in a terrible mood when I go here.
Dr. B is very knowledgeable and is a fantastic doctor. Sometimes the wait can be long, but she's worth the wait.
stumbled onto this practice after switching from my pediatrician. I found them online, but have recommended the practice to multiple friends. Never had any issues in my wellness or unscheduled visits. Great practice with nice, helpful people!
