I have always had a very pleasant experience with Enterprise at this location. The team led by David here is absolutely customer focused, very friendly and have a thorough knowledge of their fleet and what is feasible. They have always been upfront and honest. Every one of them I had an opportunity to interact were amazing. I will highly recommend enterprise and this location, if it works for you. Superlative service and you will not be disappointed. The staff at that location are, simply put, a pleasure to work with. We rent from them regularly and have never had so much as an unpleasant experience. Caitlin, David, Hunter, and the rest of the staff are very agreeable and have worked with me through extended rentals and extremely last-minute, like "I'm pulling in your parking lot. I need a car" and without hesitation, "let's get you taken care of". It's that kind of customer service that will keep them a the top of my list of who I call when I need a car. Usual enterprise service, the pick you up and hook you up to a car. The options are limited in each class and good for a weekend rental. The place is pretty busy and you don't have to wait long and someone will take care of you faster.
I reserved a premium vehicle online and was upgraded to an SUV in store. After getting the vehicle home and after I started loading our luggage, I noticed a large dead bug on one of the floor mats. Upon further inspection I found several live bugs that we determined to be cockroaches. I immediately removed all of our belongings from the vehicle and called Enterprise. They were apologetic and brought us a different vehicle and ended up discounting two days from the total rental. While Enterprise was quick to resolve the issue, I am bothered that this was not noticed after cleaning the vehicle after the last renter. This could have easily resulted in our belongings becoming infested and our home. I urge anyone to check vehicles thoroughly before assuming they are clean and bug free.
I have rented with Enterprise for years off and on for months at a time. I have spent thousands of dollars of my own personal money with Enterprise, not some company’s money. The location I go to switches people on a regular basis so they don’t seem to know the customers who have rented with them for a long time. My last 2 rental experiences have not been pleasant and I was treated as if my business doesn’t matter. Needless to say, I will not give Enterprise another dime of my money until they can get people that express good customer service skills or at least act like your business is appreciated.
