The first bad experience I had I decided not to say anything. I buy a lot of bibles and give them to people. The lady refused to engrave my friends name in the bible the same day. Said she was too busy. I had to drive all the way back the next day to get my bible. Family Christian would not have done that. Just now I brought in a bible to have it engraved. They told me they wouldn't engrave it because I didn't buy it there and couldn't replace it. Family Christian would have engraved it for me.
Disappointed with how small their selection of Bibles was. I was looking for a compact NLT (they had maybe 3 copies) but also wanted to compare with AMP or other versions but they really only carry NIV, KJV, NKJV, MSG, CSB and ESV. Staff was friendly though.
