They were fantastic. I'm a new bicycle rider with little experience outside basic skills for riding a bike. Brian took the time to teach me how to change my tire and was very instructive with useful tips. He gave me advise about long distance bicycling and preparing for po trial flats. He was very considerate and provided fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this store.
So far have had nothing but pleasure dealing with these guys. Definitely a great bunch that gives you helpful advice instead of trying to guard maintenance and service secrets.

Brought in my MTB in pieces and they had me back on the trails the next day. I live south of Richmond and it's worth the 45 minute drive. There are a lot of cycle shops in the area, but this one is now my go to. If you have had a bad experience then I'm sure it's on you.
